How to use the I-Message Pro © Live Help software
  • Starting up your software everyday
    1) On your desktop should be a "TalktoDealers PHP Live" green, Click on it to open up the operator call answering box.
    2) After the box opens, use the drop-down menu and find the web address " http://www.talktodealer.com/phplive/web/talktodealer/"
    3) After you click that address, click "GO" - This will take you to the login operator page. 
    4) Enter your User name and Password and check "remember my I'D for this computer" and then click "LOG IN"
    5) If you inputted the correct info, the live help software will appear with your dealer name.
    6) After the dealer operator box loads, "check the "Pop-up" box and minimize the window. (do not click the X  ever to close the window)
    7) if get a call from a customer, The software will pop-up automatically and you will the proceed to answer call. 
    8) Tip: You should always see the "PHP live " green icon in your task bar after you have logged in successfully...this will let you know that the software is running in the background at all times.


How to use check you customers names, email address's and chat transcripts that have called
  • After logging in from this page...there will be a drop down menu that has your dealer mane ...Click it..
  • You may the view all your customer names, email address's and chat transcripts. 
                      
  • note: you may notice that you can still retain names and email address's from customers that were not helped for later direct email contact... They are stored for 90 days.

How to edit your operator canned responses
  • After logging in from this page...there will be a blue "can looking " icon in the upper right hand corner...click it.
  • from there...you will see 2 white fields to enter information.
     1) For inputting title of phrase 
     2) for entering the phrase. When finished click submit.
                      
How to edit your operator canned commands
  • After logging in from this page...there will be a blue "can looking URL " icon in the upper right hand corner...click it. from there...you will see 3 white fields to enter information.
     1) For inputting title of the command 
     2) use the drop down menu and click "Push URL"
     3) Type in a web page address that you want the customer's computer's browser to open a new window instantly on his computer   while you are chatting.

      " www.toyotaofsandiego.com/creditapplication.htm"
