Directions for installation and use.
Make a folder called PHPLIVE before you download
into that file:
A)
Download 4.01 MSDN.net framework .exe "first"
and install.

After success, continue to download the PHP
LIVE Win App
Click Here

B)
Download your operator
system software
so that it will install in your system tray by your
clock on the lower right hand of your monitor after you log
in daily to accept chat calls.

Find the
OSI-PHPLive software icon in your "MY
PROGRAMS/PHPLIVE folder" and click the green icon to
log in.
***Make a shortcut on your desktop of the PHPLIVE
WinApp so that the user can always find the operator
login icon so they can enter their user name and
password to open the program and login. Then
minimize the operator screen and wait for a chat
from your website. It's that easy.
Important After login,
remember to check the pop-up box and minimize the
operator box so that the icon remains in your
"Taskbar" by your clock. (Even after any
customer chat. (DO-NOT click the X) Click the minimize
box to get it off your screen or you will log yourself
out each time. By doing this every time...The operator
box will return to your taskbar and remain live for
the next chat.
Tip: In your
"My Programs" find the
the OSI-Codes -PHPLive software
folder icon and make a
shortcut on your desktop for easy login at any time:
